By creating an account on myguns.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

MyGuns is a personal firearm management tool. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including firearms registration and documentation requirements.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and recovery key. MyGuns cannot recover your encrypted data if your password and recovery key are both lost.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use MyGuns to store data relating to illegal activities, to share or sell your account, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyGuns is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss resulting from forgotten passwords or recovery keys, as this data is by design unrecoverable without these credentials.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
